Salary: $209,500–$283,500 annual base pay; may also include a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the application of AI science across the Consumer Group and drive end-to-end model architecture.
• Define success criteria with stakeholders and align model metrics with business goals.
• Lead scrum teams and design scalable machine learning solutions.
• Perform hands-on data analysis, ETL, and feature engineering with large datasets.
• Apply data mining, NLP, classification, regression, deep learning, and recommender systems to customer-facing problems.
• Design A/B tests, communicate recommendations to leadership, and mentor AI Scientists.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of industry experience in AI Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong experience with combinatorial, gradient-based, and Bayesian optimization, NLP, and Explainable AI.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, and/or R, plus strong SQL, Hive, and SparkSQL skills.
• Experience building reusable, end-to-end ML pipelines and scalable models in Linux environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience operating with technical lead scope.
