hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Create, maintain, and improve Workday configuration and integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform, and related tools.
• Configure and maintain Workday business process definitions, domain security policies, and business process policies.
• Develop and support inbound and outbound EIB integrations between Workday and internal or external systems.
• Provide technical direction for Workday configuration and new functionality, including Workday Extend, Prism, Adaptive, and advanced matrix reports.
• Document processes, policies, technical solutions, and user guides while participating in ERP-related project teams.
• Provide level-three ERP application support, review application updates, and support Workday implementation, optimization, testing, migration, and data integrity.

• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS, or financial reporting systems.
• 2+ years of Workday experience preferred.
• Experience engineering and testing ERP integrations with external vendors or other parties.
• Experience with Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing, and migration.
• Ability to plan, facilitate, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; strong communication, problem-solving, judgment, integrity, and confidentiality are required.
