hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Create, maintain, and improve Workday configuration and integrations with other applications.
• Manage requests end to end, including requirements gathering, testing, production publishing, and support.
• Provide technical solutions for Workday configuration, new functionality, business processes, security, and data integrity.
• Lead the intake, distribution, follow-up, and SLA visibility for integration and specialty application service requests.
• Lead validation and testing for vendor patches, upgrades, release management, feature adoption, and business process management.
• Support training initiatives, automation analysis, project teams, and escalated Workday application support.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least 6 years of IT experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS, or financial reporting systems.
• 4+ years of experience with Workday Integrations, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Experience with Workday configuration, integrations, and advanced reporting.
• Experience planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing functional and technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, judgment, customer service, integrity, and dependability.

• Experience with O4I orchestration for integration, the Workday Studio Starter Kit, and Workday Web Service APIs.
• Workday Pro Certification.
