Lead Workday HCM Engineer (Workday HCM): Owning Workday configuration across HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment, Security, Reporting, and EIBs with an accent on translating HR requirements into scalable business process solutions. Focus on driving requirements sign-off, delivering reporting projects, implementing enhancements, and training users to operate Workday effectively.

What you will do
- Own Workday configuration and business process architecture across HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment, Security, Reporting, and EIBs.
- Partner with HR on projects, priorities, operational support, and process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and manageable Workday solutions.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, evaluate design alternatives, and drive technical and business requirements sign-off.
- Deliver independent reporting projects as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of Workday data.
- Implement Workday enhancements and provide training for users.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience with Workday HCM and functional areas including Compensation, Absence and Time Off, Recruiting, Security, and Reporting.
- Strong consultative, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel functions, pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas.

- Workday integrations and Workday Studio experience.
