Workday Integration Lead (Workday)

Location: Client site in Reston, Virginia; must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area or willing to relocate, with onsite work in customer SCIF environments 3–4 days per week. Approximately 5% travel within the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region is required.

Salary: $103,523.00–$200,989.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the Integration workstream for a complex Workday implementation supporting an Intelligence Community customer.
• Develop and manage the integration strategy, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Web Services, APIs, and approved middleware.
• Coordinate integrations between Workday and external enterprise systems, applications, data sources, and services.
• Translate business and technical requirements into integration architectures, specifications, mappings, and interface requirements.
• Lead hirify.global and subcontractor integration resources across multiple secure customer environments while managing risks, defects, dependencies, and readiness.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a government Top Secret security clearance with SCI favorability and CI polygraph are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant enterprise technology experience and 5+ years of Workday implementation experience.
• Experience leading the Integration workstream for at least two Workday implementations.
• Current Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer Services Certification.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, web services, file-based integrations, event-driven architectures, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical team leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Boomi, Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, Workday Extend, or Workday Prism.
• Experience integrating Workday with legacy systems across HR, payroll, identity, financial, or other business domains.
• Familiarity with federal enterprise architecture, interoperability requirements, NIST security controls, and federal cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience leading blended teams of employees, subcontractors, and technology partners.
