Property Manager-Experienced (Real Estate)

Location: Heyday Sun Prairie, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, USA; requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional hours.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year, plus bonus and commission

What you will do

• Achieve company and client budget objectives for the property.
• Supervise marketing, leasing, administrative, maintenance, and day-to-day office operations.
• Manage resident and landlord relations, accounting, and collections.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.
• Complete budget-to-actual variance reporting and explain significant variances.
• Coordinate property-specific reporting, project management, special projects, and collaboration with owners, vendors, and corporate teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of multifamily property management experience with strong supervisory skills.
• Strong understanding of property budgeting, financial management, accounting, and analysis.
• Experience with Yardi and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Real estate license, or willingness to obtain one within 120 days when required by state law; employment is subject to background checks, drug testing, and employment eligibility verification.
