What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and COO to establish operational strategy and portfolio performance goals.
• Lead and develop the property management function, creating scalable processes and operational standards.
• Oversee a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and asset preservation.
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Property Managers while fostering professional growth.
• Oversee annual operating budgets, forecasts, capital expenditures, and CAM reconciliations.
• Provide executive oversight of commercial lease administration and ensure compliance with legal documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of commercial property management experience, including team leadership.
• Advanced experience with Yardi, including reporting and lease administration.
• Thorough understanding of commercial leases, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and capital planning.
• Proven success in building scalable systems and driving organizational performance.
• Valid Driver's License required for travel to properties within the portfolio.

• Retail commercial real estate experience is highly preferred.
