Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote; applicants must currently reside in eligible U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered platform for managing car, home, motorcycle, RV, and other physical assets, with products spanning insurance, driving insights, diagnostics, and repairs.

What you will do

• Embed within a core business area including growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define business questions, analytical approaches, metrics, and decision frameworks.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit from problem definition through execution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Practical proficiency with SQL or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
