Product Analyst (AI)

Location: Full-time remote work in California, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington State, aligned with the Pacific Time Zone. Attendance at in-person team gatherings is expected at least once per quarter.

Salary: $137,000–$170,000 in the SF Bay Area, Los Angeles/Orange County, or Seattle; $126,000–$156,000 in other locations in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington State.

What you will do

• Source, scope, execute, and present analyses that inform product decisions.
• Define and monitor success metrics for product features with Product Managers and Machine Learning teams.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and other experiments with statistical rigor.
• Build dashboards, reports, reusable SQL, analytical notebooks, and lightweight analytical frameworks.
• Investigate changes in product and business performance and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers on data quality, metric consistency, instrumentation, and reproducible methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Experience delivering analytical projects independently from scoping through presentation.
• Strong communication skills for explaining analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
