Senior Product Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $155K–$175K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Define metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI-powered and agent-powered product capabilities.
• Design, analyze, and communicate experiments to guide product and roadmap decisions.
• Build dashboards and reporting for feature adoption, product performance, and customer outcomes.
• Analyze cohorts, segmentation, behavioral data, and usage patterns to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to evaluate tradeoffs and influence investment decisions.
• Improve product instrumentation and determine which data is needed for better decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience answering complex product questions through meaningful analyses or experiments.
• Strong analytical fundamentals and comfortable use of SQL with product data.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort solving ambiguous problems by defining what should be measured, analyzed, or built.
• Ability to learn new analytics and AI tools quickly.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Deepnote, AWS, Python, R, or application instrumentation.
