What you will do

• Define metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the success of AI-powered agentic capabilities.
• Design and analyze experiments to validate product changes and guide roadmap decisions.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to track feature adoption, product performance, and customer outcomes.
• Analyze behavioral data and cohorts to identify friction points and strategic opportunities.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to evaluate tradeoffs and frame business problems.
• Improve instrumentation to ensure high-quality data collection for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong analytical fundamentals with expert-level SQL skills.
• Proven track record of answering complex product questions and influencing product direction through data.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to define measurement strategies from scratch.
• Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Deepnote.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or AWS.
• Experience with application instrumentation.
