Item Master Analyst

Salary: $51,900–$87,900 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Create, validate, update, and maintain item master records and product data across procurement systems.
• Maintain purchasing catalogs, supplier item information, contract pricing, supplier agreements, and local contract data.
• Administer ENVI and related procurement platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Process supplier onboarding, supplier updates, user accounts, access permissions, and approval workflows.
• Develop, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc procurement reports.
• Support procurement clients through onboarding, implementation, operational activities, and client meetings while improving data quality and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting or data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with procurement, client services, implementation, technology, and other cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, contracting, healthcare, or related operational environments.
• Experience with procurement systems, platform administration, or item master management.
• Experience with ENVI, Access, SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, Zendesk, Smartsheet, or similar systems.
