Analyst II, Analytics (AI)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States; travel and onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required as business needs require.

Salary: $92,400–$126,000 per year, depending on job-related factors and geographic location.

What you will do

• Gather and prioritize requirements for AI Agent development and low-code automation initiatives with revenue cycle operators, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and domain experts.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms, and connectors.
• Conduct user interviews and journey mapping to define KPIs and success metrics.
• Design, develop, and test use cases with Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code platforms.
• Analyze product utilization, perform user segmentation, support UAT, and demonstrate functionality to end users.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, product development, consulting, or RPA, plus 3–5 years applying AI/ML in a business setting.
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools such as Power Automate and UiPath.
• Advanced SQL skills, relational database experience, and proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Must be able to work remotely nationwide and travel to or work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations when business needs require.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology or revenue cycle operations experience.
• Experience with inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.
• Knowledge of EMR integrations and healthcare data standards.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
