Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. Travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required as business needs arise.
Salary: $92,400–$126,000 per year, depending on job-related factors and geographic location.

What you will do
- Gather and prioritize requirements for AI Agent development and low-code automation initiatives.
- Translate healthcare revenue cycle problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms, and connectors.
- Conduct user interviews and journey mapping to define KPIs and success metrics.
- Design, develop, test, and demonstrate use cases with Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code tools.
- Perform user segmentation, product utilization analysis, and UAT to inform product decisions.
- Communicate findings and functionality to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, product development, consulting, RPA, or a related area.
- 3–5 years of professional experience applying AI/ML in a business setting.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, and other low-code automation tools.
- Advanced SQL, relational database, Power BI, Excel, and data visualization skills.
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States; travel and onsite work may be required.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology or revenue cycle operations.
- Knowledge of inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with EMR integrations and healthcare data standards.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
