Location: Remote (United States). Hybrid mode available for those near hub locations (Chicago, Boston, South Bend) with 3 days per week in-office.
Salary: $116,000 – $170,000

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality consulting engagements using established methodologies and quality standards.
- Lead and coach engagement teams, ensuring project outcomes align with timelines and deliverables.
- Translate workforce and experience data into actionable strategies and executive-level presentations.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with healthcare executive leaders and boards.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities for expanded client partnerships and growth.
- Contribute to internal innovation of consulting tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in hospital-based HR operations, employee experience, and workforce engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in workforce engagement data and implementation strategies.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
Nice to have
- Prior management or strategy consulting experience.
- Experience with patient experience improvement initiatives.
- Master’s degree in business administration, health policy, finance, or a clinical discipline (RN, MD, APP, PharmD).
