Salary: $116,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality consulting engagements using established methodologies and quality standards.
• Lead and coach engagement teams, ensuring project outcomes align with timelines and deliverables.
• Translate workforce and experience data into actionable strategies and executive-level presentations.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with healthcare executive leaders and boards.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities for expanded client partnerships and growth.
• Contribute to internal innovation of consulting tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in hospital-based HR operations, employee experience, and workforce engagement.
• Demonstrated expertise in workforce engagement data and implementation strategies.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Nice to have

• Prior management or strategy consulting experience.
• Experience with patient experience improvement initiatives.
• Master’s degree in business administration, health policy, finance, or a clinical discipline (RN, MD, APP, PharmD).
