Employee Experience (EX) Advisor (Healthcare): Partner with healthcare leadership teams to strengthen workforce engagement by guiding survey strategy, results interpretation, and action planning with an accent on listening to employees and driving organizational outcomes. Focus on managing survey cycles, presenting insights to executives, collaborating across teams, and leveraging national benchmarking data.
Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.) or Hybrid (Chicago, Boston, or South Bend). Travel: Up to 25%.
Salary: $81,000 - $115,000

What you will do
- Serve as strategic advisor to client leadership on workforce listening strategy and engagement improvement.
- Manage survey cycles with project management discipline, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
- Present survey findings to senior leaders, translating data into actionable insights.
- Train clients on tools, dashboards, and resources.
- Collaborate across analytics, client management, and delivery teams for integrated solutions.
- Leverage national database for benchmarking and goal-setting.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate cross-organization connections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare, HR, business, or related
- 4+ years in healthcare, consulting, HR, or related field
- Deep expertise in employee engagement through direct management or advising
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive settings
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience
