What you will do

• Lead 340B advisory services to deliver performance improvements and program optimization for healthcare clients.
• Manage high-level client relationships, oversee project logistics, and ensure overall engagement profitability.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on 340B regulations, conducting audits to ensure HRSA compliance.
• Analyze purchasing data to maximize savings and revenue while developing compliance policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop staff, overseeing the quality and delivery of client solutions and presentations.
• Drive business development by participating in sales calls, RFP responses, and the preparation of statements of work.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal 340B drug pricing programs and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, revenue cycle management, or health system finance.
• Must be based in the United States (eligible for US-specific benefits like 401k).
• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or pharmacy technician certification is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project budgets.
• Proficiency with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner and pharmacy informatics.
