Sr Consulting Director

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel required to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated salary range: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex consulting engagements or a single large-scale engagement, ensuring timely, in-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
• Direct consulting teams conducting advanced analyses to solve complex business challenges.
• Interpret findings and present recommendations and business cases to executive and C-suite audiences.
• Manage project planning, resources, financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
• Build strategic relationships with senior client leaders and identify opportunities for additional engagements.
• Support proposals, sales and marketing activities, practice development, and consultant mentoring.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting engagements and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience influencing senior leaders, managing project scope and profitability, and building trusted client relationships.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year.
