What you will do

• Lead and manage client relationships and engagement resources to drive performance improvement in healthcare.
• Oversee the development and implementation of client deliverables, ensuring quality and project profitability.
• Perform and supervise complex data analyses to draw insights and develop strategic recommendations.
• Manage project logistics, budgets, and risks while maintaining utilization targets.
• Mentor and develop staff consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Participate in business development activities, including RFP responses, sales calls, and statements of work preparation.

Requirements

• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical or support), Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects of all sizes.
• Strong qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (as indicated by US-specific benefits and company structure).
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical staff, physicians, and administrative leadership.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• RN or other professional license in a clinical area of expertise.
• PMP or Lean Certification.
