Director Advisory Services - OP Infusion (Healthcare Consulting)

Location: Remote; requires 81–100% travel within the US.

Salary: $141,000–$234,000.

What you will do

• Lead outpatient infusion advisory engagements, improving performance, reducing costs, increasing margins, and supporting clinical operations.
• Manage client relationships, engagement resources, project plans, budgets, profitability, risks, issues, deliverables, and implementation.
• Direct data analyses, interpret findings, develop recommendations, perform quality assurance, and guide presentations for client audiences.
• Advise on infusion protocols, patient throughput, access optimization, electronic health system updates, order sets, site-of-care policies, and revenue cycle improvements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while fostering collaboration among clinicians, nurses, pharmacy, home care, and administrative stakeholders.
• Support sales and business development through sales calls, RFP responses, oral presentations, statements of work, and add-on sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations communicating project outcomes, recommendations, and strategy.
• Ability to oversee and quality-assure analytics, deliverables, and the work of other staff.
• Ability to relate effectively and collaboratively to clients and team members and lead work groups to successful outcomes.
• Ability to demonstrate depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, operate computer programs and software, communicate effectively in person and electronically, make independent decisions, and work collaboratively in close quarters with interruptions.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in health systems finance, clinical or operational healthcare settings, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• PharmD.
• Master’s degree, pharmacy residency, or PMP/Lean certification.
