Salary: $99,000–$143,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop electromechanical and hydromechanical actuation solutions for commercial and defense aircraft.
• Support mechanical and electronic equipment development from proposals through qualification and certification.
• Develop and maintain system requirements databases in IBM DOORS, including capture, analysis, allocation, traceability, compliance, and verification.
• Define subsystem architectures based on required functionality and performance.
• Build simulation models with Matlab Simulink and Simscape for performance prediction and design validation.
• Prepare subsystem specifications, design review materials, proposal documents, and technical descriptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• US citizenship required.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies.
• Experience with IBM DOORS and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
