Senior Sourcing Executive - Clinical Contracts

Location: Hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office in Irving, TX; Centennial, CO; or Chicago, IL. Willingness to travel is required.

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex negotiations and structure contract terms and innovative sourcing solutions.
• Partner with Legal to draft, redline, validate, and manage contract language, compliance, risk, amendments, and renewals.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, RFP design, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and implementation support.
• Develop sourcing strategies using spend analysis, benchmarking, market trends, financial analysis, and supplier dynamics.
• Present sourcing strategies, negotiation updates, risks, and recommendations to clients and executive-level internal audiences.
• Build consensus among physicians, clinicians, hospital leaders, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to support contract adoption and implementation.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, contracting, healthcare supply chain, or a related field.
• Expertise in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms and conditions.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives involving physicians, clinicians, hospital leadership, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Relevant degree preferred in business, supply chain, legal studies, healthcare administration, or a related field.
