Technology Business Consultants II (Digital Banking)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

What you will do

• Engage with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and clarify functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate business objectives into technical solutions, product scopes, specifications, and development and testing objectives.
• Identify project impediments, dependencies, system impacts, capacity and performance issues, and integration challenges.
• Maintain requirements documentation, specifications, data models, and gap analysis materials throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, change controls, compliance scope, and deployment cadence with project managers and client teams.
• Oversee test plans and test cases, provide guidance to less experienced analysts and consultants, and train client and technical support personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• North American banking domain knowledge and experience working with customers to define functional, technical, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with business and systems analysis, industry-standard tools, Agile practices, and product or application development lifecycles.
• Ability to analyze structured and unstructured application documentation and produce materials for engineering, DevOps, and deployment cycles.
• Experience performing gap analysis across application programming interfaces and explaining findings to stakeholders.
