What you will do

• Lead strategic conversations with business and engineering teams to define high-impact reporting and process initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and guide junior business analysts to foster team development and organizational alignment.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications and data models.
• Design, develop, and maintain dbt models to support operational, financial, and bank reporting.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for regulatory and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish data quality standards and testing frameworks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a business analyst, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Deep understanding of financial products, services, and the fintech regulatory landscape.
• Strong hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries in large-scale data environments.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining dbt models, including testing and lineage management.
• Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
