Business Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, CS, Engineering, and Product.
• Bring clarity to evolving environments by creating and implementing project plans to identify gaps and solutions.
• Develop models and plans to drive cross-functional decision-making.
• Establish growth playbooks and strategies to rapidly scale the team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and remove blockers for timely feature improvements.
• Support executive projects including board activities, metrics, and quarterly planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting or a fast-paced B2B startup.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto or New York (3 days/week in-office).
• Must have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
• Ability to diagnose complex problems and break them down into actionable solutions.
• Comfort with data manipulation and visualization to communicate key insights.
• Comfort working with colleagues in different time zones (UK).
