Data Collection Manager (AI Robotics)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States. This is an on-site role.

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity.

hirify.global is an AI robotics company building autonomous supply-chain systems and generalist robots for factories, warehouses, and fulfillment operations.

What you will do

• Own daily site operations, including collection throughput, source quality, rig uptime, safety, attendance, and team morale.
• Build and lead the supervisor layer and design multi-shift structures, including evening shifts, to maximize rig utilization.
• Hire operators and supervisors at volume, conduct working interviews, make offer decisions, and manage ramp waves.
• Run onboarding and training programs, ensuring operators pass certification before collecting production data.
• Manage the operator quality feedback loop through coaching, recertification, and performance management.
• Track and report daily metrics, manage attrition, and improve the site playbook for future launches.

Requirements

• 4+ years leading hourly operational teams of 20 or more through shift leads or supervisors.
• Experience in warehouse or fulfillment, manufacturing, production, BPO, or comparable high-throughput physical operations.
• Experience hiring and onboarding at volume, including hiring waves, working interviews, and first-90-days retention.
• Metrics-driven daily management and direct performance-management experience.
• Ability to work on site in San Francisco, where the operational work takes place.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with alignment to hirify.global’s values.

• Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, motion capture, or AI data-collection operations.
• Experience launching a new site, production line, or facility from zero.
