Onboarding Program Lead, Enterprise (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Dallas or Culver City office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding for complex enterprise firms from Sales handoff through operational readiness, training, and long-term support handoff.
• Assess firm structures, operating models, technology stacks, and business objectives to create credible transition plans.
• Design tailored engagement plans for breakaway, aggregator, API-first, acquisition-driven, and hybrid firms.
• Define and maintain enterprise onboarding playbooks, milestones, decision points, and knowledge-transfer standards.
• Coordinate feedback across Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Enablement.
• Report on enterprise volume, pacing, risk, and capacity while improving workflows and operational scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, transitions, or solutions consulting within financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise or institutional implementations, preferably at a custodian, enterprise wealth platform, or large RIA.
• Knowledge of bulk account opening, ACAT and non-ACAT transfers, NIGO resolution, billing setup, multi-DBA and sub-firm hierarchies, reporting, and integration dependencies.
• Strong project management, executive communication, facilitation, systems thinking, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set standards and build alignment across teams without direct managerial authority.
