Program Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Insights

Location: United States — Remote

Base salary: $110,000–$130,000 in San Francisco and New York City; $100,000–$120,000 in all other locations, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of engagement, pulse, onboarding, and exit survey programs, including design, rollout, reporting, analysis, and action planning.
• Build dashboards and reporting views that consolidate engagement, organizational health, turnover, performance, and headcount data.
• Support operating model and organizational design initiatives involving roles, decision rights, team structures, and ways of working.
• Develop hirify.global’s change management playbook, toolkits, readiness assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans, and adoption tracking.
• Partner with HR business partners, business leaders, and the AI Ops Committee to assess organizational changes and translate findings into recommendations.
• Create repeatable playbooks and automate recurring workflows using AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7+ years of relevant experience in organizational effectiveness, program management, people analytics, employee engagement, or change management.
• Experience owning an end-to-end engagement survey program or comparable organizational diagnostic work.
• Working knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Proficiency with people analytics, HRIS data, dashboards, reporting, and data storytelling.
• Strong program management, facilitation, stakeholder management, written communication, and project planning skills.
• Experience with AI or automation tools, or strong ability to learn them.

Nice to have

• Prosci or CCMP certification.
• Experience supporting operating model or organizational design work.
