What you will do

• Steward high-priority company initiatives from definition through delivery, managing scope, ownership, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Science, Platform, Technology, Finance, Operations, and the Executive Team.
• Own company and functional roadmaps, OKRs, investor materials, executive communications, and other planning artifacts.
• Drive leadership operating rhythms, business reviews, planning sessions, decision frameworks, and accountability processes.
• Improve organizational planning, governance, communication, and cross-functional execution.
• Consolidate projects, issues, and historical data into one project management system and drive company-wide adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting senior leadership or operations.
• Experience in at least two startups or high-growth teams in biotech, deep tech, or science-driven environments.
• Experience owning high-stakes programs and coordinating distributed teams across time zones.
• Previous consolidation of teams onto a single project management system, including adoption and governance.
• Deep knowledge of issue tracking and project management systems, Notion, and Slack.
• Strong structured thinking, communication, execution, and decision-making skills, with comfort working in ambiguity.

• Practical use of automation and language models to handle mechanical coordination work.
