Principal Program Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: $165,000–$185,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Translate enterprise client priorities into scoped initiatives, owners, timelines, risks, and next steps.
• Lead high-stakes carrier initiatives from kickoff through launch, adoption, and long-term success.
• Build intake, tracking, status, escalation, launch planning, and decision-making processes for Client Engagement.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Client Engagement, and client stakeholders while making risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs visible.
• Identify recurring client needs and turn them into improved processes, product improvements, or scalable programs.
• Use AI tools to draft plans, synthesize feedback, maintain documentation, and identify risks.

Requirements

• Deep experience leading complex cross-functional programs with shifting timelines, ambiguous requirements, and external customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and the ability to drive internal follow-through with precision.
• Ability to understand product and engineering constraints without needing to write code.
• Experience creating structure in ambiguous environments and managing owners, dates, risks, dependencies, decisions, and follow-up.
• Ability to lead through influence and balance urgency with disciplined execution.
• Ability to quickly learn insurance claims workflows, carrier operations, product behavior, and client context.
