AVP, Product Enablement Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $109,283–$182,104 per year

What you will do

• Partner with leaders, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
• Maintain planning artifacts, status reports, dependency trackers, and operational documentation.
• Support prioritization, capacity planning, resource tracking, governance, and operational coordination.
• Monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and operational outcomes, developing reports and insights for decision-making.
• Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Implement process enhancements and repeatable enablement practices that improve execution quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, product operations, consulting, enablement, strategy, or a related function.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with project and work management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
• Experience developing or analyzing operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, or reports.
• Strong organizational, analytical, operational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience supporting governance, risk, compliance, or audit activities in a regulated environment.
• Experience with large-scale business, technology, product, or transformation initiatives.
