Product Operations Manager - Client Onboarding Delivery (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with at least two days per week in an assigned hirify.global office

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding for Monevo UK clients from contract signature through go-live.
• Lead implementation delivery between clients and internal Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Data, and Compliance teams.
• Maintain onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, documentation, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Manage implementation risks, issues, dependencies, client meetings, steering discussions, and delivery quality.
• Define and report onboarding KPIs, operational metrics, and implementation status updates.
• Manage, coach, and develop 1–3 Product Operations Analysts while scaling onboarding capacity and processes.

Requirements

• Experience managing client onboarding, implementation, delivery, or operational processes in technology, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience with financial services, fintech, credit marketplaces, digital lending, credit bureaus, or consumer lending.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, lead generation, eligibility, or credit decisioning ecosystems.
• Experience delivering SaaS, API, or platform-based implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, product operating models, and process improvement.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
