Financial Intelligence Analyst

Salary: $78,555.51–$80,000 per year, plus bonus and/or commission eligibility

What you will do

• Develop working fluency in Workday, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Maintain and improve finance and executive dashboards, including data quality and dimension governance.
• Perform ad hoc corporate analysis for senior leadership and explain findings clearly.
• Support Monthly Operating Review, Board reporting, and investor relations materials through data analysis and visualization.
• Reconcile inconsistencies across source systems and recommend structural fixes.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to automate manual processes and build reusable tools, queries, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
• 0–3 years of experience in an analytical role, including finance, consulting, operations, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, imperfect datasets.
• Ability to read a P&L and reason about the drivers behind financial results.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain analyses to non-specialists.
• Logical, structured, and critical thinking with ownership in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, or similar enterprise finance systems.
