Sr Consultant, Commercial Operations & Analytics

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid workplace. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and delivering client solutions.
• Define project scope, approaches, development strategies, resources, and timelines with leadership.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and communicate actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage projects independently, including client communications, meetings, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and optimize data processes using coding to support efficient data handling and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members, contribute to business development, and coordinate with global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including data management, sales operations, commercial analytics, and BI/reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Permanent and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience.
• Knowledge of SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical data analytics best practices.
