Salesforce Consultant (AI/Agentforce)

Location: Rome (RM), Italy, with a hybrid work model and smart working possibility

Salary: Gross annual base salary starting from €38,000, determined according to the applicable collective labor agreement and experience.

What you will do

• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures and integrations.
• Develop AI use cases with Agentforce, Einstein, and Copilot.
• Support project teams and mentor junior resources.
• Manage client stakeholders throughout consulting projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in consulting or system integrators.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Technical skills in Apex, LWC, Flow, and APIs.
• Experience with AI and Agentforce solutions.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, or OmniStudio.
