What you will do

  • Coordinate the collection of sustainability data for buildings in client real estate portfolios.
  • Organize meetings with property managers and support automated energy consumption data collection.
  • Support client reporting processes, including GRESB and SFDR reporting.
  • Monitor energy, carbon, biodiversity, and other sustainability performance indicators.
  • Use AI tools to improve team efficiency and support client outcomes.
  • Contribute to hirify.global's global expertise on sustainability issues affecting the real estate sector.

Requirements

  • Internship within the UK Consulting team.
  • Based in or working from the London Office on a hybrid basis.
  • Availability ideally for a six-month period starting in September or October 2026.
  • Open, curious, collaborative approach with good listening skills.
