Sustainability Consultant (Climate Tech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid role with regular access to the London office

hirify.global is a climate tech company building a sustainability data intelligence platform that supports decarbonization in real estate.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day project workflows, timelines, onboarding, final reviews, and client communication.
• Guide clients through data collection, sustainability reporting frameworks, asset scoring, and investment planning.
• Monitor platform deployment, sustainability performance metrics, asset scoring progress, and reporting readiness.
• Bridge client stakeholders with internal product and technology teams by translating feedback into platform insights.
• Help clients use software-backed climate data to develop actionable sustainability and transition strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, sustainability, financial advisory, or client management.
• Knowledge of sustainability metrics, regulatory and voluntary reporting frameworks, and asset-level scoring methodologies.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience keeping multiple client deliverables on track in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort working with data platforms, datasets, and reporting outputs.
• Master’s degree in Sustainability, Finance, Engineering, or Business.

• Experience in real estate and/or sustainability.
