Sourcing Executive

Location: Hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the Irving, Texas office; willingness to travel required.

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support sourcing and contracting strategies through data analysis, market research, and supplier information.
• Draft and redline contract terms under the guidance of senior sourcing team members and Legal.
• Prepare negotiation materials, summarize issues, and contribute to supplier discussions.
• Support RFP creation, distribution, bid collection, and initial evaluations.
• Coordinate communications among suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain contracts through amendments, renewals, pricing validations, and documentation updates.

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to work three days per week from the Irving, Texas office.

Nice to have

• Degree in business, supply chain, legal studies, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience in contract review, redlining, or negotiation support.
