Sr. Global Sourcing Manager

Location: Duluth, Georgia, United States. US Government position; US citizenship required. Travel up to 25%.

Salary: $121,000–$191,500 annually. For specific work locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $150,500–$225,500 annually.

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with program and project objectives.
• Support supply chain growth planning and scalability.
• Manage supplier engagement, performance, business reviews, and strategic relationships.
• Analyze historical and forecasted spend and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Issue RFPs, negotiate supplier agreements, and implement contracts and purchase orders.
• Act as the primary escalation point for assigned commodities and collaborate with internal customers and Planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of directly applicable supply chain experience.
• Experience in contract management, project management, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
• Expertise in SOW development, RFQ/RFP/RFI processes, total cost of ownership analysis, and supplier negotiations.
• Strong data analysis, communication, presentation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, major ERP systems, and web-based supplier interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree focused on Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience. US citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing highly technical products in an R&D environment.
• Knowledge of build-to-print and build-to-spec procurement.
• Knowledge of RF commodities such as amplifiers, LNBs, and LNAs.
• Experience with contract manufacturing, lower-tier suppliers, and distribution channels.
