What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, AI/ML platforms, and data services.
• Conduct end-to-end sourcing events including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
• Lead negotiations for MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, and AI usage terms.
• Partner with CIO, IT architects, and data science teams to advise on market intelligence and supplier capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and corporate governance standards such as GDPR and AI governance.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives by implementing standard work processes and best-in-class methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing with a focus on IT categories.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models including SaaS, subscription, and consumption-based models.
• Understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and cloud architectures.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
