Corporate & Institutional Banking Development Program Analyst/Associate – Capital Markets

Location: In-office in the United States; possible locations include Chicago, Charlotte, Cleveland, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh. Geographic flexibility is important, and not all segments are available in every location.

Base salary: $39,100–$126,500 per year.

What you will do

• Participate in a 2–3 year Capital Markets development program designed to transition analysts and associates into production roles.
• Support deals, sales activities, business processes, internal projects, and customer interactions under supervision.
• Develop expertise across asset and liability management, derivatives, fixed income, foreign exchange, structured products, financial institutions, and investment banking.
• Apply analytical, credit, relationship management, sales, and financial modeling skills to support business results.
• Complete an intensive eight-week credit training program, classroom learning, mentoring, job shadowing, and related projects.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service, take accountability, and support problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; relevant majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, and related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience and relevant skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
