What you will do

• Source and develop relationships with privately owned businesses, their owners, financial staff, advisors, intermediaries, and industry contacts across the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Present BBH Capital Partners’ services, including lending, private wealth management, and private equity, and convert prospective relationships into clients.
• Act as a corporate finance generalist on capital markets, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, industry issues, and commercial lending.
• Identify opportunities to deploy equity and debt capital and oversee related investment analyses and memoranda.
• Deepen existing client relationships, grow revenue across Capital Partners, and connect lending and advisory clients with wealth management services.
• Monitor credit quality and coordinate with analysts, associates, the Corporate Lending Team, and senior Relationship Managers on credit analysis, documentation, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a GPA above 3.0.
• 7+ years of financial services experience, preferably in corporate lending, corporate finance, or mergers and acquisitions.
• Broad and deep knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets.
• Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and capital raise processes.
• Experience with financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong organization, written and oral communication skills, interpersonal maturity, confidence, and poise.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA qualification.
