Senior Sourcing Executive - Capital Budgeting (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office, with office locations in Irving, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; and Centennial, Colorado.

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex contract negotiations and structure solutions aligned with client needs.
• Partner with Legal to draft, redline, and validate contract language for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, RFP design, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and implementation support.
• Develop sourcing strategies using spend analysis, market trends, benchmarking, and supplier intelligence.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and oversee contract amendments, renewals, compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Present sourcing strategies, negotiation updates, risks, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms and conditions.
• Proven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Willingness to work in the hybrid model and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Degree in business, supply chain, legal studies, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience with capital budgeting, capital equipment planning, capital sourcing, or capital procurement.
