Computer Systems Analyst

Location: Seattle, United States; hybrid

Base compensation for full-time conversion: $85,000–$108,000 per year, plus benefits and equity.

What you will do

• Analyze business and product requirements across mobile, web, email, and in-app lifecycle systems, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into system and interface specifications, including reusable components, templates, content structures, responsive logic, and delivery-platform integrations such as Braze.
• Create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity specifications, and interactive prototypes that define system behavior and interaction logic.
• Evaluate system capabilities, constraints, and trade-offs with engineering, recommending efficient implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with Product, Lifecycle, Marketing, Engineering, and Data to provide implementation guidance.
• Review implemented systems for specification conformance, responsiveness, accessibility, usability, and correct component usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a closely related field.
• Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into system and interface specifications for mobile and web products.
• Experience developing and documenting reusable system components and standards.
• Professional experience with digital product systems, design-system development, usability evaluation, and technical collaboration.
• Proficiency with specification and design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Understanding of software constraints, information structures, implementation processes, accessibility, and usability principles.
