Systems Analyst (Hybrid) - 28339

Location: Hybrid, with onsite work 2–3 days per week at a customer site in Hanover, Maryland, United States; occasional travel required.

Salary: $107,643–$145,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support the customer’s daily operations and Product Management activities, with emphasis on DCSA-related missions.
• Learn the customer’s mission space, organization, data holdings, and business needs.
• Work with product management, application development, and engineering teams to align delivery with customer goals and timelines.
• Validate reported issues, provide immediate resolutions where possible, escalate software defects, and track fixes.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for customer leaders and managers.
• Prepare datasets, reports, charts, and analytical products using common data formats and query languages.

Requirements

• Current Secret U.S. Government security clearance required, with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a related master’s degree, or 9 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytical problem solving, business intelligence, and data analysis.
• Experience with modern BI platforms, visualizations, dashboards, charts, and key performance metrics.
• Strong SQL query-writing and optimization skills; ability to work independently, collaboratively, and onsite in Hanover 2–3 days per week.
