People Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA, Dublin, CA, or Bellevue, WA, with at least 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR stakeholders to discover needs, document requirements, and recommend system solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements, including solution design, UAT, cutover planning, go-live deployment, and hypercare.
• Create test plans and scripts, coordinate cross-functional testers, track defects, and drive issues to resolution.
• Administer and support ServiceNow HRSD and the Ashby Applicant Tracking System, including troubleshooting production issues and managing enhancement requests.
• Manage the support queue, investigate root causes, communicate resolution timelines, and maintain data integrity across HR platforms.
• Document configurations and procedures, support end-user training, and use AI tools to improve and automate People Systems processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on business systems analyst experience in HR technology, including discovery, requirements documentation, testing, and deployment ownership.
• Experience supporting system implementations in a high-growth, global environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading UAT and regression testing, including test scripting, tester coordination, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Experience with cutover planning, go-live coordination, and hypercare support.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and process-design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while providing responsive stakeholder support.

Nice to have

• Hands-on administration and business systems analyst experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including catalog items, flows, HR case management, and configuration.
• Experience supporting Ashby or a comparable Applicant Tracking System.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience with configuration, business processes, or production support.
• Familiarity with HR data governance and sensitive employee data.
• Experience experimenting with Cortex Code, CoWork, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
