Location: Hybrid, with onsite work 1β3 days per week at the customer site in Hanover, Maryland, and occasional visits to headquarters in Columbia, Maryland. Occasional travel, including approximately twice per year, may be required.
Salary: $107,643β$145,000 per year.

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with government customers, supporting their daily operations and representing βs capabilities.
- Own the customer experience and coordinate analysts, application development, and engineering teams to deliver work on time.
- Work with the Government Product Owner and customer PMO to expand, groom, and maintain the requirements backlog.
- Manage Jira and YouTrack boards and prepare Agile metrics, including burnup, burndown, and velocity reports.
- Represent the team in customer and vendor engagements related to SAFe Agile implementation and customer approval gates.
- Support briefings, user adoption, acceptance testing, application familiarization, issue validation, and resolution tracking.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and a current Secret-level U.S. Government security clearance are required; the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is also required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelorβs degree, 3 years with a related masterβs degree, or 9 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience with large-scale government technology projects, Agile development, and/or big data.
- Experience supporting complex technical projects or programs and running multiple Scrum teams within the SAFe methodology.
- Experience with Jira and/or YouTrack, requirements engineering in Agile methodologies, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Hanover, Maryland, 1β3 days per week and travel as necessary.
Nice to have
- Top Secret security clearance.
- DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications.
- Experience with software engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and big data systems.
- Technical background in determining system requirements and supporting design and estimation.
