Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: On-site five days a week in Santa Barbara, Seattle, or Kansas City; candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these U.S. areas.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build qualified candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring goals, recruiting plans, and market and compensation insights.
• Conduct initial screens and deliver a clear, empathetic candidate experience.
• Coordinate complex interview loops, maintain Lever ATS data integrity, and manage funnel reporting.
• Identify and implement AI-driven recruiting workflows for scheduling, communications, sourcing, and note-taking.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting and recruiting coordination or operations.
• Experience recruiting or sourcing for non-technical GTM or G&A roles.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or recruiting AI platforms.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, prioritization, collaboration, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience pulling ATS reports on metrics such as time-to-hire, pass-through rates, and source effectiveness.
• Ability to collaborate in the office five days per week at the Santa Barbara headquarters and meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in healthcare, health tech, or digital health.
• Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Pillar, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or Gemini.
• Growth-stage startup experience.
• Familiarity with compensation, total rewards, or HR operations.
