Talent Acquisition Business Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate functions in the U.S., Canada, and Costa Rica.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers on workforce planning, hiring strategies, candidate profiles, compensation positioning, and talent market insights.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, talent communities, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Design scalable recruiting programs, structured interview processes, hiring documentation, manager training, and recruiting best practices.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, forecast hiring outcomes, and recommend data-driven process improvements.
• Use and evaluate AI technologies across sourcing, communications, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting workflows while maintaining ethical and compliant practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience as a sole or primary recruiter in a growing organization.
• Experience recruiting across corporate functions, including high-volume hiring and specialized searches.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently without dedicated sourcing or recruiting coordination support.
• Experience advising executives and hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and creating recruiting processes and interview frameworks.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, recruiting analytics, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, judgment, ownership, and prioritization skills.
