Location: New York, United States; fully in-office five days per week

Salary: $170,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, and research roles from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role scope, hiring strategy, success profiles, and sourcing plans.
• Proactively source, engage, screen, and close high-quality candidates.
• Deliver a thoughtful, well-communicated candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build scalable recruiting playbooks, processes, and infrastructure.
• Represent hirify.global effectively in every candidate interaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including technical hiring at a startup or high-growth company.
• Ability to source and close candidates independently without relying heavily on inbound applications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with engineering, product, and design leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfort operating with high ownership, ambiguity, limited process, and multiple concurrent searches.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and enterprise software, with the ability to communicate credibly with technical candidates.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience at an early-stage Series A/B AI or developer tooling startup.
• Experience recruiting for applied research or ML-heavy roles.
• Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar sourcing and ATS tools.
• Experience building recruiting processes or playbooks from scratch.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and using AI-native recruiting tools such as Juicebox or Metaview.
