Business Talent Acquisition (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site with 5 days in the office

Salary: $150,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for business and operations roles across Strategic Projects, Operations, GTM, and future functions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines from elite finance, consulting, private equity, technology, and executive search firms.
• Partner with the executive and founding teams to define hiring profiles and prioritize searches.
• Design scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tooling, candidate experience, and offer-closing processes.
• Represent hirify.global's mission and opportunity to high-caliber candidates.
• Measure recruiting funnel performance, model conversion at each stage, and iterate on the process.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience across agency and in-house recruiting.
• Proven success identifying, attracting, and closing elite talent and scaling recruiting operations during rapid headcount growth.
• Experience hiring for finance, consulting, private equity, or operationally rigorous business roles, with a relevant personal network.
• Strong leadership, communication, agency, judgment, and execution skills.
• Interest in hirify.global's thesis that human data is a key bottleneck for the future of AI.
• Comfort working in a 5-day in-office San Francisco environment.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience at a top executive search firm such as Spencer Stuart, Russell Reynolds, True Search, or Daversa.
• Experience at a top-tier in-house recruiting team or a high-growth technology or AI startup.
• A strong track record in finance, consulting, search, operating, or other rigorous business roles when transitioning into AI.
