Senior Consultant, Healthcare Environmental Services

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel to meet client needs is required.

Estimated annual salary: $88,900–$155,500, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex Environmental Services consulting engagements across in-sourced and outsourced operating models.
• Analyze operational, financial, and benchmarking data to identify performance gaps, savings opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations focused on operational improvement and measurable client outcomes.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and workstreams using established project management methodologies.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations with operational and executive leadership teams while maintaining proactive communication.
• Contribute to business development, consulting tools, methodologies, standard deliverables, and consultant mentoring.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting Environmental Services operations, initiatives, or consulting engagements.
• Experience with operational improvement, labor optimization, or cost savings initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, project management, and client relationship skills; ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year.

Nice to have

• Background in acute care Environmental Services.
• Experience in a healthcare system, consulting firm, or client-facing consulting environment.
