Outbound Sales Development Representative (Outbound Sales): Following up on direct mail campaigns, qualifying leads, and making warm transfers to sales representatives with an accent on objection handling, active listening, and accurate CRM management. Focus on engaging prospects through an integrated dialer, adapting conversations to client moods, and connecting 5–20 qualified leads per shift.

Location: Remote; Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM ET

What you will do

Follow up on direct mail campaigns using an integrated dialer.
Engage prospects with provided scripts and qualify leads.
Handle basic objections with empathy and professionalism.
Make 5–20 warm transfers to sales representatives per shift.
Accurately update the custom-built CRM system.

Requirements

Professional English skills and a warm, comfortable phone presence.
Ability to handle rejection and discuss sensitive topics professionally.
Basic computer proficiency for operating CRM and dialer systems.
Strong active-listening skills and the ability to adapt conversations to client moods.
